Are the materials used for the patches and hats durable?

We have thoroughly tested all of our patches materials for durability. We have also thoroughly tested our adhesive for longevity and durability.

Can I choose the hat color and style?

Please do! Unfortunately we aren't terribly good at guessing what you or your customers like. And hats are a very divisive thing! Everyone has an opinion on hats so we definitely prefer that you choose what you want to order. There are also a ton of options and we recognize that not everyone is an expert! Part of our sales process is to help you narrow down your hat selections that so that you get the best product possible for your business.

Are the leather patches real leather or synthetic?

Both. We typically stick with real leather but do special order leatherette (synthetic leather) for custom orders. Our beanies are produced with leatherette due to the flexibility and use of beanies.

What materials are the patches made from?

We produce our leather patches from genuine, full-grain vegetable tanned leather. Our synthetic leather patches are made from leatherette of varying colors and thicknesses. The acrylic patches are made from 100% acrylic that is 1/16" thick. The dye sublimation patches are made from 100% polyester twill. All of our patches start with raw materials and are produced 100% in-house. This gives us a lot of flexibility to meet the needs of each customer.
