Do you offer samples before I place a large order?

Absolutely. Qualified business customers are able to order free samples but not all customers are eligible. All customers are welcome to order small selection of hats for testing since we have very low minimums. Can I order just one custom hat?

Unfortunately we have had to implement a small order minimum. We are still offering free shipping and free setup on all our leather and twill patch hats. We offer custom hat orders with a low minimum of 6-units and also work with customers to provide pre-production samples. It is important to us that you get exactly what you need. Sometimes that means really small orders and setups to dial in the details.

How long does it take to complete a custom order?

Short answer: It depends. Long answer: We start with a custom digital mock-up of your design and decoration method (laser vs dye-sublimation patches). Once the digital design looks good we go into production. Once your invoice is paid we order any supplies or hats that are needed. While we have a decent inventory of hats there are too many options to carry them all in our small shop. Hats can take 2-5 business days to arrive. During that time your patches going into the production queue so they are ready once the blanks arrive. Based on the size of the order, your hats are typically completed in 2-5 business days after all of the supplies arrive at our shop.

Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?

Yes! Our pricing is based on tiers. The more you buy, the better the pricing. We also offer our Preferred Pricing Program for customers who want to lock in savings for one-year.

What types of custom hats do you offer?

Good question! We work with most major hat manufacturers to source the right hats for your business. Every business is unique and part of our service is dialing in the look and feel for your order. These are custom hats and no two orders have the same requirements. There can be price difference between premium and standard hats so please mention if you are price sensitive. We have options to deliver a really good value at a reasonable price.
